Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Acrylic, Shop Laborer. In this role, you will work closely with experienced craftsmen to assist in the production and assembly of acrylic products. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within our dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the cutting, shaping, and finishing of acrylic materials under supervision.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Learn to operate basic machinery and tools used in acrylic fabrication.
Support team members in meeting production goals and deadlines.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of acrylic manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
Reliability and Consistency are a MUST
High school diploma or equivalent.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Basic understanding of hand tools and machinery preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Physical stamina to lift and move materials as needed.
