Identify various external sterilization indicators on equipment and supplies and ensure that the integrity has not been compromised
Assist in cleaning and decontamination of surgical instruments and/or equipment as directed
Unload Washer/Disinfector and transport equipment to Prep and Pack area
Inspect, wrap, pouch and barcode items in accordance with proper procedures in preparation for sterilization
Unload sterilizer carts and place equipment in proper locations
Mechanical Service Technician
Pay $56,187.00 annually
Monday- Friday 8:00am-5pm

Apply building automation controls and basic programming to mechanical systems; perform service repairs and upgrades on automation systems.
Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, electrical systems (up to 480V), and life safety systems (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, sprinklers, etc.).
Perform repairs and inspections on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and major equipment (air, gas, vacuum systems, conveyors, etc.).
Provide support for processing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems; assist in fabrication, installation, and repair of mechanical products.
Respond to after-hours emergencies, perform minor repairs on building structures and furnishings, and maintain equipment.
CNC Operator / Programmer
Pay $23-24.00 per hour
Monday – Friday, 6 am – 2:30 pm

Program, set up and operate 5 axis CNC mills and lathes to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts, using manual tools as needed to complete the machining process.
Safely load and unload casting and raw materials in CNC machinery.
Identify, deploy, and effectively use inserts, fixtures, jigs, and tooling.
Measure and evaluate processed parts using gauges and instruments to ensure tolerance specifications are met.
Perform daily cleaning and preventative maintenance on CNC machines while adhering to ISO requirements and 6-S methodology.
