Quality Control Manager
Founded in 1974, Component General Inc. is an industry leading manufacturer of passive thick film, and carbon deposition, RF/Microwave components. Our modern 20,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility, located in Odessa, Florida accommodates Sales, Production, Quality, Engineering, Machine Shop, and Shipping Departments. We are currently seeking a QC Manager for full time, long term employment. Applicants with previous experience, as well as entry level Quality Management candidates will be considered.

Previous Experience with, or the ability to learn the following
Understanding of a Quality Program, QC/QA inspections, operations, compliance
Incoming QC, In process QC, Outgoing QC
Understanding of customer requirements and specifications
Understanding of a manufacturing environment, production, processes, safety
Developing a strong rapport with Sales, Production, Quality, and Engineering personnel
Update/Revision/Creation of controlled documents
Proficient use of calipers, micrometers, plug gauges, test equipment
Interpretation of mechanical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, material ID
