We are seeking a Machine Operators/Wood Routers to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control. Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 1st shift: 5am - 1:30pm & 2nd shift: 1:30pm - 10pm. Must train on 1st (5am-1:30pm) for 2 weeks and move to nights.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
Load and unload machines with wood materials and cut to customer specs
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a wood shop operations or other related fields
Familiarity with wood routers tools and equipment
Ability to read basic blue prints
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to measure
