Admin Assistant / Receptionist needed for busy Real Estate office.

This full time (40 hours a week) Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Responsibilities, Requirements, Duties and Details of this position include but are not limited to the following:

- Hours = Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

- MUST Have a positive and upbeat attitude and phone voice

- Possesses excellent customer service skills

- Ability to answer busy phone lines

- Excellent phone skills and professionalism is a MUST!

- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

- Detail oriented

- Data entry

Software skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe. Minimum 2 years experience using a computer in an office environment.
