Busy Freeze Dried Candy Company has an immediate opening for an Admin position
We are looking for a candidate who is team-oriented, can multi-task, and is able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding the Business
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Send and respond to Multiple daily emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Make sales calls and check on customers as needed.
- Help with company payroll
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Required. Quickbooks experience helpful.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience working in an office or admin setting is a plus as pay will depend on experience
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
We are seeking the perfect person that will do a little bit of everything in this business. Starting pay will depend on experience, but after that will be up to this person. We will give large raises to a candidate that performs. We have struggled to fill this position, and we are looking for the best. Experience is great, but we are looking for a quick learner that can learn this business quickly and most importantly, add value. We are seeking someone that will stay busy and work hard.
