The ideal candidate plays a key role in supporting daily operations, including data entry, scheduling, permit submittals, outbound calls, job tracking, and proposal generation. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as managing multiple administrative tasks in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain job records
Coordinate scheduling for field personnel and client appointments
Make outbound calls to clients, vendors, and permitting authorities
Prepare and submit permit applications for various jurisdictions
Track progress of active jobs/projects
Assist in generating proposals and customer documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
Strong keyboarding/data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
