Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to support our accounting team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is organized, and values accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
Basic bookkeeping and data entry
Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
Assisting with client records and document management
Processing invoices and payments
Answering phones and assisting with client communications
General office duties and administrative support
Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Prior bookkeeping or office experience preferred
Schedule:
Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 20–25 hours per week)
