Job Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming customer calls
Manage daily office tasks-filing, emailing, scanning
Miscellaneous office duties as needed
Schedule estimates
Job Requirements:
Hours required. Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm
Minimum 1 year office experience
Multi phone line system
Data Entry
Scheduling experience preferred
Computer skills (Quickbooks Online, Excel, Word, Google calendar)
Filing
Able to Multitask
Assist office and Manager in other areas as needed
