Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and providing exceptional customer service
Assisting customers with inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate department
Managing basic administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
Coordinating customer service efforts to ensure smooth communication with clients
Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
