Family owned Title Company seeking newest member to start as receptionist. This person will then be moved into a processing position. Looking for immediate hire.
Hours are MondayFriday 9am-5pm
Responsibilities include but not limited
Answer phones
Greet clients
Take in deposits and contracts
Learn to open new files (everyone learns this in order to understand what is needed)
Gather information from clients
Help other employees and around office as needed
Help with social media marketing
Applicant must:
Pass background check
Communicate effectively both oral and written
Possess as positive attitude
Willingness to work hard
