OFFICE/DISPATCHER (HIRING IMMEDIATELY):
In this position you will:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Route and dispatch technicians to execute work orders.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update records and client portals.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
This is a 40+ hour a week Full Time position. With benefits
