Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in essential computer tasks is crucial.

Errand Coordination: From time to time, you'll step out to handle errands, contributing to the overall efficiency of our office.

Phone Management: As the first point of contact, you'll handle incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate colleagues.

Financial Support: Managing bill payments and basic financial records is part of your role.

Qualifications:

. Proven experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and conditional formatting.

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

. A reliable and punctual work ethic, demonstrating dependability.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

. Familiarity with other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a plus.

Our office hours are:

Monday to Thursday

7:00 am to 5:30 pm

We do not work.

Friday - Sunday
