Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assitant to join our growing real estate investment team. In this position a successful candidate will be responsible to assist office manager and operations manager with daily tasks for our real estate investment, including bookkeeping, office work, errands, and any assignments needed for our company. The position requires research skills, excellent communication abilities, computer literacy, a bookkeeping and reporting experience.
Duties
Conduct thorough researches of different kinds
Reach out to vendors and contractors via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Build rapports
Negotiate for the benfit of our company.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and negotiations.
Collaborate with the team
Requirements
experience in sales,bookeeping,management, preferably in real estate,automobiles or other areas
Strong research skills with the ability to identify potential opportunities.
Comfortable with reaching out to a large volume of people, both verbally and in written formats.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
