Busy AC Company Seeking Part Time Customer Service Rep to help with booking weekend calls and dispatching techs.
Hours would be 8am-3:30pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
More hours are be available if desired. We can discuss further in the interview process.
Duties Include:
Going over the Nightly On Call Report
Scheduling Service Calls
Dispatching Technicians
Data Entry
Some Research
Misc. Projects
The right candidate would be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and by chat. They would be comfortable with Microsoft Products. They should have general knowledge our area in regards to major roads and cities. The right candidate will be personable, detail oriented, empathetic and can work independently. We will train the right candidate.
