Office Clerk with great customer service and multi-tasking skills who wants to work and have fun too!
We are looking for someone that is PC savvy and not afraid to dive in and become a part of the small office team.
Knowledge of accounts, customer service, and Pinellas county are preferred.
We will train on company specific software and services that we offer! Great opportunity to learn!
Must know Microsoft Office Suite / Word, Excel, Outlook
Customer service skills and patience are a MUST!
Attention to detail
Effective time management
Ability to multitask
Work in a small office team as well as independently
Looking for job longevity and must have good attendance record
Job Requirements:
Good attendance record!
Inbound and outbound calls - friendly phone demeanor
Data entry - call notes, work orders, customer comments, email workflow
Entering service calls and customer estimate requests
General Office duties: scanning, copying, filing
- Monday through Friday schedule!
