Candidate selected will play a key role to provide day to day support and coordination to field technicians, nationwide subcontractors, and several key customers. This role requires a high level of prioritization with strong administrative, communication, and MS Office proficiency. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Carrying out coordination activities to install LCD Monitors and network cabling systems and ensure project scope of work is completed and deadlines are met.
Coordinating between all the various departments, subcontractors, and customers.
Provide project tracking and scheduling requirements.
Creating, maintaining, and reporting all project information and documentation.
Effectively managing last-minute project schedule changes requested by both customers and team members.
Establishing good rapport with both customers, subcontractors, and coworkers.
Updating and maintaining project database; logging all customer communication.
Ability to problem solve and multi-task to avoid delays.
Finalize job by providing project documentation to customer including; sign offs, close out documentation, daily field reports and pictures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:
High school diploma
IT, experience, and subcontractor coordination a plus.
Must be proficient in Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
Must have excellent communication, both written and verbal.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, with verification of eligibility
