We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Recruiting Specialist to join our ambitious HR team in Largo, FL to support and improve how our company attracts and selects new hires via innovative candidate attraction strategies.

Position Details/Responsibilities:

Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy. Understanding the needs of the organization.

Build and maintain relationships with executives, hiring managers and existing employees

Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals

Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests

Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing

Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions

Designing and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)

Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events

Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives

Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Research talent acquisition trends in the construction industry

Qualifications:

Three (3) or more years of relevant recruitment or staffing experience are required

Construction recruiting experience preferred, but not required

Social Media Recruiting: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

Knowledge of MSO (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point); experience with applicant tracking systems

Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes

Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines

Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

A positive, “can do” attitude

Must be able to work in office Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. (Not a remote or hybrid role)
