Seeking a part-time office assistant to do clerical work in an established construction company office. Must be motivated, energetic, punctual, highly-organized, and be able to multi-task.
Looking for 20-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Assist in communicating with vendors
Accurately scan and file necessary paperwork
Answering incoming phone calls
Support management in scheduling and managing daily, weekly, and monthly activities
Send and respond to e-mails
Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
Experience with administrative and clerical work
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
