Private real estate brokerage firm with several hundred REO listings is in search of an Asset Manager to assist in the preparation and sale of homes. Primary responsibilities will include:
-Take inventory of home upon acquisition, change locks and coordinate relocation of occupants
-Take photographs of premises for marketing/MLS listing.
-Prepare suggested repairs and maintenance report for broker.
-Supervise cleaning crews and light contractors i.e. painters, pool maintenance, carpet installers etc.
-Make sure all contractors finish work on time and on budget.
The position requires significant travel throughout Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties. The candidate must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Reimbursement for gas and mileage will be negotiated with the selected candidate. The Broker's office is located in Rockledge, FL so the selected candidate will be expected to work from home and on the road. Candidates will be required to interview with Broker in Rockledge, FL. The following skills are highly desirable:
-Self-starter with stable prior employment experience
-Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
-Ability to handle small DIY projects such as changing locks etc.
-Computer skills
-Bi-lingual; Spanish speaking is a plus but not required-Excellent communication skills required
-Excellent communication skills required
-Construction knowledge is preferred
