Seeking reliable individual to be a field person for busy management company. Car provided for working, but cannot take it home. Duties would include but not limited to:
Placing signs, lockboxes and welcome gifts
Inspecting units and taking pictures
Opening doors for perspective residents
Meeting vendors and delivering notices
Must have clean background and good driving record. Also, must be knowledgeable to maneuver through town and be able to use a handheld tablet and have basic computer skills. This position is part-time for approximately 20 hours/ 3 days per week. Scheduling is flexible so long as hours worked are during 9-5 Monday - Friday. Retirees, parents with children in school or students are welcome to apply. No experience necessary. Need to be able to climb stairs.
