We’re a general subcontractor based in Tampa, Florida, and we’re looking to connect with dependable, skilled subcontractors for ongoing turns and renovation projects. There’s potential to become a regular part of our team! We speak both Spanish and English and are easy to work with.
What we offer:
- Steady work on turns and renovation jobs.
- We provide the full scope of work, including detailed line items and pictures for each project.
What we’re looking for:
- Payment is per job and will be Net 30 (30 business days after the work is completed).
- Responsible and professional crews who take pride in their work and meet deadlines.
- Estimates must include a breakdown of line items, quantities, and photos when needed.
- Must have a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) and W9.
- Strong communication is very important—we appreciate clear and timely updates.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, and Saturday if needed.
- If something doesn’t meet the standard, we may ask for it to be corrected before final payment.
- We do not provide materials, so please include them in your quote if needed.
