We are a GC looking for reliable subcontractors with the potential to be fully onboarded with us. We speak Spanish and English.
Requirements:
- Payment is per job and will be Net 15 (15 business days after completion).
- Must be responsible and meet deadlines.
- Must provide detailed estimates, including a breakdown of each line item, quantity, and photos.
- Must have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and W9.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Available Monday to Friday, and Saturday if needed.
- If the job does not meet standards, you will need to go back and fix it.
- We will make full payment only after the job is completed.
- We do not provide materials.
