Required Skills and Experience: MUST BE A/C CERTIFIED AND KNOW THE A/C INSTALLATION/REPAIR
-Two or more years of experience as a maintenance Technician in apartment industry is REQUIRED
-knowledge of apartment repairs/make ready board
-Self-starter and time management skills
-Strong customer service skills
-Professional attitude, appearance and work ethic
-Must have flexible schedule availability as on call is REQUIRED for this position at times
