We are actively looking to expand our network with skilled, experienced contractors who specialize in:
✅ Property Preservation (Initial Services, Trash Outs, Securing, Lawn Care)
✅ REO Rehab and Repairs (From Bids to Completion)
✅ Use of PPW and other preservation apps
This is not entry-level work. We are ONLY looking for individuals or teams who:
Have direct experience with foreclosure properties
Are familiar with conveyance condition standards
Can complete work orders on-time with before/during/after photos
Understand how to follow strict client guidelines
Have their own tools, trucks, trailers, generators, and lawn equipment
Can bid and complete repair work (if applicable)
DO NOT APPLY IF:
✘ You are unfamiliar with PPW or mobile preservation platforms
✘ You have never worked on REO or bank-owned properties
✘ You are not comfortable working independently and professionally
This opportunity covers multiple territories. We are especially in need of solid coverage in:
Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and surrounding areas.
✅ HUD, VA, Fannie Mae, and Bank-Owned Property Standards
