Work hours are flexible but require a minimum of 40 hours worked per week including some evenings and weekends. This is a salaried position and there will be situations were over 40 hours are required.
Salary range $40,000 - $52,000 plus bonus and room for growth.
Requirements:
1. Management experience, good communication skills and compassion for others.
2. Must have experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, FB and Instagram.
3. Must have a good sense of humor, love what you do and be accountable.
Responsibilities to included but not limited to:
1. Supervise sales associates, create weekly work schedule, conduct product knowledge and sales training.
2. Manage employee relations and staffing.
3. Inventory management; oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory controls and merchandising.
4. Process and track weekly accounts payable and payroll. Vendor relations.
5. Property Management, oversee property maintenance and general repairs.
6. Community Relations; Chamber of Commerce, local events.
