We are seeking a reliable customer-oriented sales associate to join our new team. You will be mostly receiving and processing packages for courier shipment, operating copiers, fax machines, finger printing and other package store related tasks.
Starting pay is $14 and after 90 day probation period including obtaining notary license pay will increase to $15.25.
Must pass background check as we process money gram services.
Duties:
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties .
Accurately address customer's shipping issues and offer solutions with our carriers to fit their needs.
Open/close the store. This is for the Largo location, but must be able to travel and work 1-2 days a week at the other locations within 15 miles.
Preform other package store related tasks.
Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
Experience with retail sales and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions securely.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
Previous package store experience a plus.
