Our Sales Associates help to achieve ABC Bicycles’ Mission by providing incredible hospitality to our customers and changing the world by getting more people on bikes. From the moment our customers arrive in our parking lot to when they leave on their bicycles or drive away, our Sales Associates are our Guides, taking our customers through everything they need to accomplish their cycling goals, keep their bicycles performing as designed, and ensuring they will have a great experience on their rides.
Our Service Techs engage with customers to recommend the right service at the right time. We care for their bikes so their owners love riding them. You will need to have a willingness to tinker, impressive attention to detail and love figuring it out. Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of servicing bicycles is required.
Both positions require at least 2 years in a professional bicycle shop. Part time available. Full time possible.
