We’re looking for a proven, seasoned Auto Glass Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a track record of closing deals, building customer relationships, and know the auto glass industry inside and out, we want you!
What You’ll Do:
Sell auto glass repair and replacement services to retail and commercial clients
Educate customers on insurance-covered repairs and handle claim processes
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Manage customer relationships from first contact to job completion
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years experience in auto glass sales (required)
Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes for auto glass
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Self-motivated and results-driven
