This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Commercial Energy Sales Professional to build a team around.
We have an excellent brand, website presence, and positive reviews.
We sell fixed rate commercial energy plans, and some residential.
We're are getting ready to establish a sales team. However, before that we first need a sale manager / experienced leader to build the team around.
Therefore, this is great opportunity.
You should be able to lead by example with your sales experience. And already be used to quotas, KPI's dials, sales volume, etc.
You'll eventually have sales staff under you, which will include extra bonuses, increased earnings, and longterm growth.
The main criteria required include:
-Successful Commercial Energy Sales Experience
-Cold Calling / phone skills ability
-Closing skills
-Hitting KPI's - targeted goals
We currently offer other forms of marketing besides cold-calling. Therefore, we also receive inbound leads. So as we start, you will have some inbound (warm) leads, but 75% will be outbound (cold) leads. We can discuss this together and strategize on a growth plan.
As we scale up sales, with your help, we will hire more sales reps, and expand further with office size, dialer software enhancements and more.
The main thing is that we find the right fit for this unique opportunity; a strong sales person with good success currently, who wants a better and bigger opportunity with long-term growth.

The way we will be starting it off is work-from-home with your computer, phone, and crm to manage your leads.
