Key Responsibilities:Project Management Oversight:
Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to maintain high standards and effective communication.
Resource Allocation:
Optimize labor, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and productivity across all projects.
Budget Management:
Oversee project budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to ensure profitability.
Team Leadership:
Hire, train, and manage team members, fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
Inspire and motivate staff to achieve project goals and maintain company standards.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage client expectations and address concerns with professionalism and clarity.
Vendor and Subcontractor Relations:
Negotiate contracts, maintain productive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, and oversee schedules and payments.
Ensure all subcontractors are compliant with licensing, workers' compensation, and general liability requirements.
Payment Management:
Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments to support financial stability and project cash flow.
Permitting and Compliance:
Manage the permitting process, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained in compliance with local regulations.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Operational Strategy:
Develop and refine processes and procedures for efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to innovate.
A high level of ambition and drive, eager to take ownership of their role and contribute to the company’s growth.
Prior experience in residential construction or renovations is highly valued.
A strong understanding of construction project management, budgeting, and operational processes.
Familiarity with project management software such as Houzz Pro, DripJobs, QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Monday.com.
