Dan’s Fan City in Atlamonte Springs is currently seeking a Full Time Retail Store Manager to join our team. We are looking for a self motivated individual to drive sales and provide excellent customer service to new and returning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining customer relationships with new and returning clients.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits and pricing of our fans.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Ability to work independently
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to climb a ladder to work in ceiling displays as needed
Operating POS system
Qualifications:
Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven and results-oriented
Reliable and professional
