We maintain a revenue share compensation plan with very low baseline PPWs (hard costs of installation). If you need to lower the PPW to a homeowner to win the deal, the Dealer, and in some cases the Installer, lowers their profit to allow you to still make a fair commission.
When building a team, if you bring in inexperienced salespeople you will NOT be responsible for training them. We have a top-down training program where your field reps will be trained how to sell virtually by our company. You can focus on money-making activities (sales) and simply collect the bonuses when your reps start selling.
