Stop Building Someone Else’s Dream. Start Building Your Own.
Every day you go out there selling cleaning services. You knock on doors, you meet people, you close deals… but at the end of the day, all that hard work is growing someone else’s business, not yours.
I know that feeling because I’ve seen it. And I’ve also seen the other side.
A good friend of mine used to sell for a big cleaning franchise. Just 4 years ago, he made the leap to sell for himself. Today, he has over 80 recurring accounts that pay him every single month. His life completely changed not because he worked harder, but because he decided to build something of his own.
Here’s the truth:
Every successful business comes down to two things:
Sales: the person who secures the contracts.
Operations: the team that delivers the service with quality.
You’re already great at sales. What you need is someone you can trust to deliver the service with the same quality a big company would without the stress of managing employees, payroll, training, equipment, or late night calls, allowing you to focus only on closing more sales.
That’s where I come in.
Over the years, I’ve built a reliable system and infrastructure that runs more than 50 accounts every single night: restaurants, offices, call centers, gyms, factories you name it. I have the company, insurance, staff, training, supervision, and equipment ready to go. My only focus is 100% customer satisfaction.
So imagine this:
You focus on doing what you do best closing deals.
I make sure every client is 100% happy with the service.
Together, we build your business and create a steady stream of monthly income that doesn’t stop with accounts that pay consistently every single month.
No middlemen. No bosses. Just you, me, and the client.
There’s a lot of money on the table right now, and it’s time for you to start keeping it for yourself.
What You’ll Need to Get Started?
To make sure our partnership is strong, fair, and built to last, here are the steps to begin:
-Form your own legal entity: LLC or Corporation. This makes you the owner of your own business and protects you legally. It’s actually a very simple process, and if you don’t know how to do it, I can recommend you to my personal accountant takes care of everything. Or, if you prefer, we can simply operate through my existing company.
-Sign a clear agreement with me: including a non competition clause, so we both know we are building together and protecting our future.
-Profit sharing document: everything written down your percentage, my percentage so it’s transparent and clear to both of us and enforceable by law.
-Tax & compliance setup: get your EIN, open a business bank account, and be ready to invoice clients under your own company name.
-Insurance alignment: if you need additional coverage, we’ll outline how it works so you’re protected. The good news is that my infrastructure already has all the required insurances in place General Liability and Workers Comp so we can start working immediately with what we already have.
-Growth plan: we’ll agree on how many accounts to start with, and how fast you want to scale.
-Commitment to quality: together we’ll set the service standards so every client receives the highest level of janitorial service.
If you’ve been thinking about starting something of your own, this is your chance. Let’s talk about how we can build it together.
