USM is expanding across Florida and looking for motivated, independent sales reps to represent a full line of home improvement and energy efficiency products.
Products include:
Solar energy systems (residential & commercial)
Roofing replacements and repairs
HVAC upgrades and smart thermostats
Windows & doors (energy-efficient and impact-rated)
Attic insulation & radiant barriers
Backup batteries / generators / EV chargers
If you have direct sales experience — especially from companies like Spectrum, Frontier, Vivint, Comcast, pest control, roofing, or home security — you’ll fit right in.
No industry experience? We’ll train the right individuals who have the drive to succeed.
