What You’ll Do:
Sell Big Ticket Advertising Deals: Average sales are $20,000, with commissions of $4,000–$30,000 per sale.
One-Call Close Sales Style: Be ready to seal the deal on the first call.
Dial, Dial, Dial: Make 150+ unique calls per day to corporate decision-makers.
What You Need to Succeed:
Outgoing Personality: You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.
Tenacity and Drive: This job is phone-intensive and requires a relentless work ethic.
Confidence to Ask Big: Comfortable pitching high-value deals and closing on the spot.
What You’ll Earn:
Salary: $50,000 base, paid bi-weekly.
Commissions: Paid quarterly, with top earners making $350,000+ annually.
Incentives and Bonuses: Weekly, monthly, and seasonal opportunities.
