This is an office-based telephone sales position selling moving products and services to individuals who been identified as in need. YOU WILL NEVER BE ASKED TO COLD CALL CUSTOMERS! Each customer is a potential sale, and our closing rate is one of the highest in the industry!

PREFERRED COMPETENCES INCLUDE:
Prior telephone sales experience (preferably in the moving industry but not mandatory)
Excellent telephone skills
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Well organized and great attention to detail
General computer skills and knowledge
Experience sending and responding to emails
Ability to perform basic math
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to learn and memorize details of the products and services being sold
Interaction with new and existing customers via telephone and selling Company products and services by having the ability to understand the basic information provided by the customer.
To follow critical sales processes to ensure a great customer experience and job accuracy.
Educating customers on Company products and services.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
The ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances.
