Boating/Boat/Yacht Industry & Sales Experience are NOT required, however you must possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, show a willingness to learn and have a sense of urgency.
The first two weeks are probationary (NO PAY) and during that 2 week period you MUST acquire 2 listings. If chosen, you'll start with a 60-day probationary period at an hourly rate of $25.00.
This industry extends beyond standard office hours, requiring attention to client needs and deal management even outside the typical 9-5 timeframe.
Applicants must be able to obtain a State of Florida Yacht and Ship Brokers License
Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and supervise a team of sales professionals.
Conduct Interviews for Agents
Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate records.
Handle day-to-day tasks, including sending contracts to clients.
Maintain the office and lot spaces for operational efficiency.
Supervise all team members to ensure workflow effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven experience in being a sales manager. (3-5 Years)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software is advantageous.
Dedication to maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
