This is a lead position in the MARKET. You must be organized, finer food savvy, have a good telephone personality as well as sales and marketing skills. You may need to be on your feet 6 hours a day.back and forth from market to kitchen. There would be some desk time as well.
We are an owner operated establishment we have been here for 24 years. All food is prepared on premise for dine-in as well as market sales and catering. The market also has a fair amount of shelf and gift items.
Daytime only. Shared weekend shifts. Closed major holidays.
