We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to their lawn and pest control needs.
Duties:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through selling additional services.
Conduct inside & outside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize technology sales techniques to present products and services effectively.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly to identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
Experience
Proven experience in direct sales roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with territory management principles and techniques in the Lawn & Pest Control business.
Sales experience is preferred however, it is not required for the right candidate.
Strong, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
