Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door outreach
Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Submit regular activity and results reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer service
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales or a similar field (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven with strong organizational abilities
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Comfortable working independently and in the field
Compensation:
Hourly + commission
Bonuses and incentives based on performance
