Earning Potential:
Base Pay: $30/hour
Opportunity to earn more based on validity rate and total hours worked
Overtime Incentive:
Any hours worked over 60 hours per week are paid at an additional $10/hour
(Effective rate of $40/hour for hours beyond 60)
Position Overview
We are actively hiring petition circulators to work in the field, conducting door-to-door outreach and engaging with registered voters to collect valid petition signatures. This role is ideal for motivated, reliable individuals who are comfortable working outdoors and speaking with the public.
Requirements
Must meet all Florida state requirements for petition circulation
Must understand and comply with all local and state petition laws and guidelines
Must be registered with the Florida Secretary of State as a petition circulator
Must pass a criminal background check or have civil rights restored
Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently in the field
Daily Schedule
Morning: Report between 9:00–10:00 AM for orientation and daily sign-in
Field Work: Door-to-door canvassing throughout assigned areas
Evening: Return between 6:00–9:00 PM to submit and sign daily invoice
All invoices are reviewed and signed daily by your coordinator
Important Pay Information
You are paid only for time actively collecting signatures in the field
Office time and travel time are not paid
