We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and driven Project Manager / Roofing Sales Rep to join our team in the Wesley Chapel – North Tampa area. If you have a background in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales and love working directly with homeowners — we want to talk to you!
About the Role:
As a Project Manager/Roofing Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing residential roofing projects from start to finish
Meeting with homeowners to assess roof damage and provide estimates
Working with insurance adjusters and helping customers through the claim process
Overseeing crews and ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards
Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication throughout the job
What We’re Looking For:
Roofing, construction, or exterior home improvement experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented – you know how to follow up and close deals
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to climb roofs for inspections (training provided if needed)
