Duties:
Quote & sell auto insurance policies Meet individual sales goals
Maintain a strong understanding of each carrier’s underwriting guidelines
Consults with customers and qualify them for suitability and a match for our products
Effectively utilize Turborater to compare carrier rates
Explain quotes and policy options to customers
Create customer/prospect profiles in QQ Catalyst
Utilize QQ Catalyst as prospecting tool and communication tool for current customers
Run cancelation and renewal reports
Actively call pending cancelations to retain business
Actively call and engage renewal customers to renew or rewrite policies
Works Estrella Portal leads in under 5 minutes of notification of the lead
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
Utilize computer literacy skills to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Provide general office support, including answering the phone and greeting clients.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in insurance policies and regulations.
Experience:
Customer Services experience
Skills:
Speaks, reads and writes both English and Spanish fluently
Has sales or customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills including MS Office and customer management systems
A desire to grow own skills and income
