We are a professional commercial cleaning company looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients, promoting our cleaning services, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and build client relationships
Present and promote commercial cleaning services
Negotiate and close contracts
Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
Previous sales experience (preferred in services Pressure Wash, Windows cleaning and Janitorial)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Computer Knowledge
Man/Woman
Tampa resident willing to travel to Orlando and Florida
