TerraNova is hiring a high-level In-Home & Garden Center Sales Professional with extensive experience in landscape design sales, client presentations, and team leadership.
We design and sell high-end outdoor living environments—not cheap landscaping. Our clients expect expertise, confidence, and leadership.
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
You are:
A proven closer earning or capable of earning $150,000+ per year
Highly confident presenting design-driven solutions to homeowners
Comfortable selling $25K–$300K outdoor projects
Experienced in landscape design, outdoor living, or home improvement sales
A leader who can train, manage, and elevate other salespeople
Trained in structured sales systems (in-home, consultative, design-first sales)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
5+ years in landscape design sales / outdoor living / home improvement sales
In-home sales experience (not phone-only sales)
Formal sales training (Sandler, Cardone, Straight Line, in-home systems, etc.)
Experience managing or mentoring sales reps
Strong closing skills with confidence asking for the sale
Professional appearance and communication

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Conduct in-home design sales appointments
Sell landscape designs and full outdoor living projects
Work from both the Garden Center and client homes
Lead by example as a top producer
Train and manage a sales team
Enforce sales process, follow-up, and accountability
Work with structured systems (CRM, pipelines, presentations)
