Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, FL
Job Description:
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Order products that align with the needs of the customer.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our food and soft liquor brands.
Responsible for effectively displaying store products.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Responsible for daily visits to customer locations.
Rotate stock and remove out-of-code products.
Keep management informed of area activities and any significant concerns.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
Must speak English.
Valid Driver's License.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the Retail and Food and Beverage Industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to set up displays, fixtures, shelving, and products.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of food industry trends and products.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month.
Bonus opportunities, commission pay, and performance bonus.
Flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and paid training.
Full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
Up to 25% travel required, work location is on the road.
