Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Valet Living is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist II to help deliver behavioral customer campaigns and journeys into our communication strategy. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist II will be a subject matter expert (SME) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio and Interaction Studio (formerly Evergage) and will be experienced migrating triggered and transactional campaigns into SFMC, while also using their expertise to bring a new promotional campaign driven lifestyle into Valet Living. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist II, you will bring technical, functional, and product expertise and understanding to Valet Living to help deliver effective solutions to the business.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as a SME for campaign operations and Salesforce best practices for a Mobile App.
  • Support the Engagement Marketing Platform Team and MarTech initiatives while adhering to Agile Principles and Scrum Methodologies.
  • Prepare data, segments, email creatives, push notifications, SMS content, and other configurations.
  • Create and test campaign workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot manual and automated campaigns and data.
  • Generate reports and dashboards indicating various performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist with the creation of training material for use of SFMC for Marketing, Sales and Operations.
  • Work within a pure Agile product development framework.
  • Manage and support day-to-day interactions with marketing team managers.
  • Gather and document business requirements, within JIRA to track all deliverables.
  • Partner with marketers and key stakeholders to influence, develop and deploy integrated customer engagement journeys, manage and report campaign effectiveness.
  • Make well-informed segmentation and targeting decisions.
  • Conduct market research for best practices relating to consent management, marketing automation, machine learning and artificial intelligence data models.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to the business.
  • Maintain clear channels of communications among stakeholders and IT groups.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Preferred 3+ years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content, Journey Builder and Email studio).
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience executing omni-channel marketing campaigns in CMS.
  • Agile Certification (CSPO, SCM) or Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred.
  • Experience using a CDP or MDM (Evergage and/or Interaction Studio) a plus.
  • Experience using JIRA to manage projects.

  • Ability to work autonomously and independently.
  • Works independently and able to make decisions quickly when necessary.


This is a remote work from home position but in-office time may be required
