BCR is currently looking to add 5 individuals to our team to assist in handling the influx of roof damage claims due to weather damage such as wind and hail that have recently been affecting the area.
BCR is the 4th largest residential roofing company in the United States and we are aiming to be even bigger in the coming years.
To handle the growth our company anticipates, we need driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our company and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and weather damage inspections.
We deliver the best training program in the nation, developing you into a capable, proficient representative if you apply yourself. Individuals receive training on the roofing systems, property insurance, and weather damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners with their claims, so prior experience is not necessary.
Compensation & Benefits.
-Guaranteed commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $1,000- $1,800 per claim).

Qualifications:
-Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers.
-Must be able to climb a ladder when necessary.
-Must have valid DL, car insurance and reliable transportation.
-Pass a background check
-Independent nature, self-disciplined, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule).
-Sales experience is good, but not a necessity.
-Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections.
Responsibilities & Duties:
-Inspecting & Documenting storm damage
-Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and what we will do for them
-Creating estimates & documenting damages
-Marketing / Lead generating/ Prospecting
