WeBuyCars.com is looking for highly motivated and experienced sales people to join our Car Purchasing Team in the Tampa area.
All appointments are made for you by the company, you drive to the customer, inspect their vehicle and negotiate a price to buy their car. This is an outside sales position, so you will not be stuck behind a desk all day.
We have an A+ with the BBB and hundreds of great reviews on Yelp.
We look for lively, energetic people that have a desire to work hard and like negotiation.
WE OFFER
This is an hourly position plus a fair bonus system.
Work four weekdays and Saturdays.
Paid inÂ-house training so you know how to inspect a car and buy it.
Company car provided and we pay for gas and insurance.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
At least 1 years of experience in Sales (Dealership preferred but not required)
High need for achievement of sales goals.
Coachable; Listens to and implements advice from Sales managers.
Experience working and succeeding in a quota and goal driven environment.
Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with customers.
Works well independently and as part of a team
We do a 90 day Drug test.
Must pass background (for vehicle sales person license).
Good driving record.
Must be able to work overtime as required.
